About Staff

At AOI, our entire staff is dedicated to your help and healing. From your first consultation to your final follow-up, you’ll find talented, compassionate individuals who have the professional training to enhance your diagnosis and recovery.

Cissy Reyna
Director of Clinical and Surgical Services
A member of the AOI team since 1997, Cissy is in charge of all day-to-day activities, including managing the staff and keeping appointments on schedule. She is a graduate of Pharr San Juan Alamo High School, and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from University of Texas Pan American (UTPA).

The oldest of three children, Cissy learned early on to be responsible and organized, and those are characteristics that make her a real asset at AOI. Her hobbies include working out, yoga, traveling, watching sports and going to the movies. She also has a fondness for 80s music. Her favorite vacation was her marriage trip to Maui, where her family and closest friends accompanied her and her husband Anthony.

Jerry Sedas
A valued associate of AOI since 1997, Jerry is a registered nurse. A specialist in helping our patients prepare for surgery, Jerry is with them all the way from clinic visit to the operating room to discharge. Jerry earned his degree from the UTPA, and his medical skills have been honed even further through his work as a paramedic for eight years.

A "local boy" through and through, Jerry is a graduate of McAllen High School, where he was the "class clown" and a member of the Future Farmers of America. Now married with one child and a Chihuahua, Jerry and his family love the outdoors and look forward to their vacations in the tropical climes of Mexico.

Randy Morales
A licensed Medical Radiology Technologist, Randy has been Dr. Snyder's assistant in the clinic since 1988. He also performs X-rays and MRIs for AOI patients, helping them through the procedure with skill and compassion.

A graduate of Mercedes High School, Randy is married and enjoys fishing, cycling, and all kinds of music. Italian and Mexican are his favorite foods. He works off the calories both playing and watching his favorite sports, basketball and football.

Stacy Gamez
A Receptionist and Insurance Coordinator with AOI since 1996, Stacy was an athletic trainer at her high school before being referred to AOI by a supervisor.

A graduate of Weslaco High School, Stacy is married with one child, and says her family is the most important thing in her life. She loves spending time with her young daughter, but also getting a babysitter and going out dancing with her husband. On Sundays, Stacy, her family, and their Great Dane, Tyson, love to curl up in front of the television and watch football, preferably the Dallas Cowboys.

Robert Morales
A Massage Therapist with AOI since 1998, Robert earned his credentials as a RMT at the School of Natural Therapy in McAllen. A soothing, calm professional in the therapy room, Robert is extremely active in his personal life.

He is a regular participant in endurance sports - everything from running marathons to running, swimming and cycling in triathlons. Married with three children and a Shitzu named "Marble", Robert has taken the kids on a Disney cruise, and they've traveled the world as well. In a case of "like father, like children", all three kids are busy with hobbies and sports of their own. To relax, Robert likes to chill out to some music and enjoy a bowl of homemade tortilla soup.

Delma Ramirez
A graduate of UTPA with a BBA in Finance, Delma joined AOI in 2000 and is in charge of the insurance billing and collecting department.

A native of South Texas, Delma graduated from Weslaco High School, where she was a cheerleader and a member of the track team, and she still loves to work out today. Exercise is important to Delma, especially since she loves pizza, ice cream and Reese's Pieces!

Linda Govan
Receptionist and Insurance Coordinator, Linda currently is attending UTPA and will soon receive her BBA in Marketing. Originally from El Paso - where she was voted Military Ball Princess at Bel Air High School -- she served in the United States Military for 5 1/2 years before relocating to McAllen in 2001.

Linda is married with two children and loves to spend time with her family. A woman of many talents, she plays the violin, speaks "un peu" (a little) French, plays tennis, and enjoys cycling.

Cindy Quiroz
Cindy earned her credentials as a Registered Massage Therapist at the School of Natural Therapy in McAllen Texas. She has been a Massage Therapist with AOI since 2002, helping patients release pain and feel better "naturally."

Cindy is a graduate of Pharr San Juan Alamo High School, where she was a cheerleader and the sports editor of the yearbook. Now, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. Cindy's perfect evening? A plate of sushi in her lap, her German Shepherd Kayla at her feet, and the show Desperate Housewives on television!

Manny Gonzalez
With 12 years experience in the medical field, Manny has been with AOI since 2004 as a licensed Medical Radiology Technologist. In addition to his duties as an X-ray and MRI technician, Manny also assists with rehabilitation services.

A graduate of Mission High School, Manny is married with two children. He enjoys most sports, but especially fishing, basketball, baseball and football. Much to his children's delight, Manny also enjoys building go-karts.

Carla Saenz
Carla worked part time at AOI while working on her BA in Psychology at UTPA, which she received in 2005. AOI is lucky to retain her services as Receptionist while she now works on her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.

A graduate of Mission High School here in the Valley, Carla has many interests. She loves to dance, and confesses to be a huge fan of Madonna. When not studying, she also loves to travel, especially to coastal areas where she can enjoy ocean views along a beautiful beach.
